This paper takes the rocket launcher system as the research object, applies data processing theory to study the processing method of impact pressure numerical measurement on the head face, and analyzes its vibration characteristics by means of the integrated use of vibration theory, the finite element method, structural dynamics and so on.First, Paper built the three-dimensional entity model of the gun system based on existing launch system, and established the finite element dynamic analysis model on the basis of reasonable hypothesis and simplification. Then loaded the gas jet impact pressure and analyzed the launchers; according to the results of finite element analysis, determined the head face test measuring points on the specific position sensor mounting, and measured values of rocket gas jet impact pressure in different temperature changing over time; identified the research methods of the gas jet impact pressure to the head face, determined the experimental arrangement of measuring points, and deal with the experimental data for later process, and derived the linear formula of the impact pressure generating by emission charging in high, low and normal temperature; determined the reasonable loading method. And at a 56 degree angle condition, the transmitting system are analyzed by finite element analysis in different charge temperature rocket with the application of new loading mode, and studied the vibration characteristics of dynamic model further.We understood the vibration characteristics of the emission system through analyzing the dynamic response and researching the structure strength and stiffness, then found out the weak links and existing problems of the original structure, next improved the structure to meet the design requirements. The method above can be extended to the dynamic structure design of other components of rocket launcher. In addition, the method of impact pressure has reference significance to innovative design the analysis of other weapon systems.
