SS Car Plate Plant Project Progress Management

Along with the rapid development of China’s growing economy, social progress, at the new stage, construction areas, especially the commercial real estate, have vigorously developed. It faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.SS automotive plate project is a Sino-foreign joint venture project of automotive steel and electrical steel project, the total construction area of about 311,7 thousand square meters, a total investment of 5.41 billion RMB.Installation projects include industrialactories construction,steel structure processing and installation, equipment and electrical installation, debugging and commissioning project content, etc., which is very complex, and the construction period is very tight. The schedule and controlling have certain difficulty. Therefore, it is necessary to use scientific theories and methods to control and study the project reasonably, providing a reference basis for the commercial real estate project afterwards.Based on this background, this thesis studies the research of the project management theory and studies, and analyzes project schedule and control research, and specifically controls the actual problems occurred in the construction, in order to ensure the project schedule and cost meet expected goals.This thesis is mainly divided into seven parts:the first part introduces the background and significance of the selected topic, and design research contents, methods and ideas. The second part introduces the theory and method of project progress plan and control, systematically understanding the tools and methods of the progress plan and control. Then the project’s specific situation is introduced, and then the detailed project scheduling, construction plan management condition and problems during implementation are put forward. Then there is analysis according to the actual schedule and plan, and the discussion about factors affecting the schedule during the project encountered in the specific implementation, to analyze and propose solution, to control and optimize the progress, in order to ensure progress expiration of time limit meet for project requirements. The Thesis finally proposes effective protection measurement on schedule, making a summary and outlook, and put forward reference related projects.
