With the rapid development of electric and electronic technology, military electronic systems are becoming integrated. Command system, communication system and weapon monitoring system in battle are coming to digitalization, information and intellectualization, this can increase the overall efficiency of the battlefield weapon system. Modern war has become an information-based war, if any information node or link is broken in the information network, the chain of information will be cut off. According to the fragility of the electronic system in the battle, electromagnetic pulse bomb is becoming the researching focus of each major military power. In order to evaluate the damage efficiency of conventional electromagnetic pulse bomb, it is needed to measure the electromagnetic field in the experiment.The characteristics of near-field electromagnetic field in the static experiment of conventional electromagnetic pulse bomb and its measurement are analyzed in this paper; the measurement principle of magnetic-field sensor and the effects of the sensor parameters on the measurement are studied, a fiber optical transmission system is designed, the shielding efficiency of the optical transmitter is analyzed. The design principle of magnetic field measurement system and its components are introduced, the amplitude frequency characteristics of the sensor and the effects of the load resistance on the sensor are studied, an electro-optical conversion circuit and a photoelectric conversion circuit are designed, and the system is tested and calibrated. The measurement system is based on The Faraday Law on electromagnetic induction and optical fiber transmission technology, the system is broad-spectral-bandwidth, high-dynamic-range and it can response in ns. By testing with the electromagnetic pulse simulator, the band is 10 kHz-100 MHz, the sensitivity is 44.73V/T, the dynamic range is 17.8 A/m~1780 A/m in the measurement system.
