In the engine development process, analysis and measurement of engine vibration, to take measures to eliminate the vibration fault, improving the durability and reliability of the engine and ensuring the safety of the engine is of great significance. Therefore carry out high-speed rotating test. It is necessary to master the working performance and law of the engine in high speed rotating state. So, High-speed rotating test-bed rig must be designed to simulate the actual working condition of the engine. So as to realize the measurement of the performance parameters of the solid rocket motor under the rotating condition. Main work and achievements reflectes on:(1) In this paper, the high-speed rotating test-bed is modeled by SolidWorks, and ANSYSWorkbench 14.5 is used as the modal analysis software. In the process of modeling, the calculation results will be simplified to the smaller parts. And the structure of the structure which is not affected to the structural strength is simplified.(2) Modal analysis of Y and X in two directions are carried out on the high-speed rotating test-bed. Then compared the modal analysis results of the whole structure of the high-speed rotating test-bed after it is improvemented. Discovered that, Changing the structure of the auxiliary plate and the lower plate to triangular structure to avoid the relatively large deformation. And increase the rubber pad at the base. It has positive significance for the improvement of the working performance of high-speed rotating test-bed.(3) Without the engine. Natural frequencies of first order is close to the second order, the fourth is close to the fifth order. In all cases, the situation of third order has changed little. When the engine installed. With the increase in engine quality the natural frequency of each order is increased as well. The number of natural frequencies in the operating range is slightly reduced.(4) Considering the engine is subject to mass eccentricity. Through the calculating the eccentric force of 21 Kg engine. A modal analysis of the high-speed rotating test-bed with this engine is carried out. By the calculation we can find out that, The natural frequency of the high speed rotating table is reduced after applying the eccentric force. But the influence was not significant.
