| Jaundice is a global neonatal disease that can cause cerebral palsy, the incidence rate in newborns up to 75%, it can damage newborn’s health if jaundice newborn are not timely treatment. Social and family must attach great importance to early jaundice detection and treatment. Using LED light effects the sites, is currently considered the most effective treatment with its high efficiency, safety and other advantages. Based on the status of phototherapy equipment system in domestic and overseas, the blue-green mixing light and linear adjustment of light intensity are used in the system of jaundice phototherapy. According to the national safety standard for newborn jaundice treatment optical indications, we determined the design parameters of the lighting system, then the light source module,constant current driver module, display control module and human-computer module are designed on the basis of these parameters. The light source adopts high power LED Cree xp-e lamp bead array, constant current driver module is built by AMC7150 chip, display control module is built by AT89C52 microcontroller and LCD 12864 display. Free-form surface is calculated by mathematical software Matlab, free-form surface lens entity is designed by mechanical software Solidworks, syetem ray tracing is simulated by optical simulation software Tracepro, drive display circuit is designed by electronic circuit development software Desigher Summer Altium, and human-computer interaction interface is designed by program development software Labview. Customed PCB board according to the design parameters, components were choose and bought, system was weld and debug. By Testing the ultimate actual optical irradiance, the results finally meet the design requirements. The system implements a more favorable characteristics which spot area is 250mm × 500mm, blue light irradiance reaches 2mW/cm2, green light irradiance reaches 1.5mW/cm2, and the uniformity of light is over 85%. Fly eye lens array and the free-form surface lens used in lighting module is put forward in this paper innovatively to achieve higher uniformity of phototherapy effect. It improves the efficiency of jaundice treatment and reduces the space greatly in system, making the phototherapy system more compact, portable and humanized. Compared with the traditional phototherapy system, the system desighed in this paper has better therapeutic effect, higher biological safety, more convenient man-machine interaction, and more economical and convenient features. |
