In recent years, digital technology is the focus of attention of the community. Digital istechnology that see the use of digital equipment and digital systems as the core of productdigital simulation, a single data source management as a link, the digital as data basis of design,manufacturing, testing and production management. Digital assembly technology can bringtremendous benefits for assembly workshop manufacturing and management, so the digitalassembly technology has been in the exploration and research.Manufacturing Execution System(MES) is an important technology to achieve digitalassembly of assembly plant. Establish a MES system of rapid response is important to transferinformation between program management and shop floor control layer smoothly, integrateexisting ERP, PDM, CAPP and other systems, change program scheduling and task schedulingof workshop and achieve closed-loop control assembly plant data. This paper takes a missileassembly plant digital applications as background, describes the assembly MES system needsanalysis, the overall design and functional design, and studied advanced scheduling features ofassembly MES. The article summarized as follows:Firstly, this paper analyzes the assembly plant demand for MES system on the basis ofresearch conducted of digital construction assembly enterprises and the basic content of theMES system, including program scheduling, task scheduling, resource management workshop,statistical analysis and so on.Secondly, makes the overall program design, comb the internal data flow and designsystems modules of the assembly MES system on the basis of considering the application of theexisting digital systems. This paper references classic business collaboration, the complexlinkages, tree conversion, data acquisition and storage mechanism, developed the data andbusiness processes of the system.Furthermore, studies the underlying algorithms of the advanced scheduling functionsystem considering the deficiencies of the existing system scheduling aspects, researchingresults to other universities in terms of schedule, basing on the characteristics and advantages ofgenetic algorithms in advanced scheduling, and establishes a mathematical model for theassembly shop scheduling needs, program algorithm with double coding, demonstrates theeffectiveness of the algorithm through examples.Finally, summarizes the main content of this paper, and points the further researchdirection of assembly plant to achieve digital assembly.
