Study On Ecological Design Of Micro - Landscape In Reconstruction Of Old City

At present, the eco-design concept was paid wide attention in our country. Domestic design industry has been committed to a lot of practice to make it good developed. However, due to the lack of eco-design aspects of specific concern, the construction of "eco-city" and "ecological province" became a slogan. Urban renewal of the concept of ecological design was only under the macro level of recommendations. Based on this, this paper proposes on reconstruction micro level of eco-design system.When exploring how to rebuild the micro-level system of ecological design, I combined John Lyle’s research called "Design for human ecosystems" with Qian Xuesen’s talk about landscape architecture, then divided into many micro landscape’s levels, lay the theoretical basis for the definition of the micro landscape.This paper regards the micro landscape (mainly the small scale landscape outside courtyard) as the research object, based on the related theory about ecology, combining with the contemporary methods for ecological design, in order to find new space for the wane of old town. The study insists that the micro landscape is consists of "the space" which have large amount,scattered layout and strong practicality. It started by small scale landscape from small to large. Through the practical value of relevant design techniques to micro Landscape, we effectively increase the overall ecological landscape system of the old town. Firstly, rebuild the theory of micro landscape system,then illustrate it from space composition, element and value analysis. Secondly, apply the theory to the old city through analyzing feasibility that paring the situation and its reasons, then inductive principles of integrity, local and 4R,to deepen the understanding of it in the old city’s reconstruction. Analyzing the current situation and the research about Nan Hexia, I took some examples like solar music lamp and historical landscape wall to analyze it in the Su Chang Street and public green space. Then readers can master the method that can create the micro landscape in harmony with the environment. Finally,draw a conclusive opinion:Creating different forms of the micro landscape such as plant landscaping, public facilities, landscape sketch or installation art through ecological design methods is significant to old city’s reconstruction.Because it can make up for the feature missing, reduce resource consumption and ease neighborhood relations. In fact, whether it is a historic town or a modern city, the micro landscape has a strong research value.This paper is focused on rebuilding the micro landscape’s system,through case study which is based on the theoretical study to create the micro landscape in the old city. In the perspective of the micro landscape,using many ecological design methods, so as to provide a new view for old city’s reconstruction, and then promotes harmonious coexistence between the people and nature.
