Reinforced concrete beam shear mechanism is complex, affected by many factors, for a long time, International scholars to be a lot of research, But so far of reinforced concrete beam shear theory is not perfect, Most current specification are half theory and half experience formula. There is no clear shear model and applicability is poor. Therefore, it is necessary for oblique section shear bearing capacity calculation method for further research. This article first coagulation of reinforced concrete beam by the theoretical model to calculate the shearing were summarized and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each model. Lists the multiple shear model, found in our country and abroad at present against cutting mechanism is insufficient, the theoretical model is diversification, truss model has been widely applied, it is a trend in the development of shear theory model. Second, This paper analysis the Chinese norm and European norm for inclined section of reinforced concrete beam shear bearing capacity calculation method, researched the concrete strength, shear span ratio, longitudinal steel reinforcement ratio and stirrup ratio, the bearing capacity of oblique section shear effect. By comparing the results of the calculation of differences between different specifications, compared the calculated value. And compare the minimum and maximum coupling ratio. The results show that the European norm calculation of shear bearing capacity is bigger, And the calculated value of the Chinese norm than the actual value is low, be conservative, find out the Chinese norm the deficiencies and future direction for improvement.
