An Interpretation Of The Architectural Form In The Context Of Environmental Design

In the process of industrial civilization to ecological civilization, the wholeworld has got a broad consensus on the idea of sustainable development,environmental design is developing towards a wider and more profounddirection in this context. The background of environmental design is architecturemode, it focus on the relationship between artificial environment and naturalenvironment, and at the same time, deal with living environment in order tomake it more perfect. No matter we were in the ancient times, transforming thenature and creating the clustered environment,or we were at the modern age,pursuing to build better living environment, architecture is always the leadingrole in the process of history. Nowadays, architecture unifies technology and art,in the context of environmental design, it not only possess usable function, butalso produce important effects on surrounding environment.Different architectural form brings different psychological feelings onhuman beings in the actual space feeling. As the main elements in theenvironment design, the psychological feelings of architecture undoubtedlyaffect the construction of the whole environment quality, in differentenvironments, we also need architectural form function and usable function arein harmony.People’s understanding of architectural form usually divided intotwo ways:conscious or unconscious,though conscious cognitive architectureform can make a remarkable effect on person’s psychology,but in most casespeople’s understanding of things around is unconscious,and the role of architectural form is also influence the people around it in the unconscious way.This thesis will start from the architectural form of the environmentaldesign, depending on the psychological effect of architectural form, integratingthe relevant knowledge of psychology, based on theoretical analysis, explainedtypical architecture examples in depth, to conclude the effects on environmentalbuilding that on the basis of different ways of feeling architectural form, andciting strategies and suggestions on using the architectural form to buildenvironmental atmosphere, taking this opportunity to provide some usefultheoretical reference for related studies of this filed.
