Building three dimensional printing technology is a technology which is based on the three dimensional technology and is used in concrete construction. Compared with the traditional construction method, building three dimensional technology has a lot of advantages, such as saving costs substantially without using building templates, improving the production efficiency greatly by fewer construction workers, printing out the curve construction of high cost easily which is difficult to build by the other way and printing out buildings with higher strength and lighter concrete c and so on.Building three dimensional printing technology will also has significant influence on the future development direction of the whole construction industry.Building three dimensional printing technology involves a series of huge technical fields such as the software system, CAPP system, the control system, test system, security system and the feeder system. According to the development status and trends of building three dimensional printing technology and combining with the existing technology, the control system of building three dimensional printing test device is constructed in this paper, and the corresponding modeling and experimental research is done according to the system.First of all, according to the printing function requirements of concrete material, the motion control system and the automatic feeding control system of the construction printing test device which are based on PLC are completed on the basis of analysis of working principle and system composition of the printing test device. Secondly, according to the designed building three dimensional printing test device, the printing model which is applicable for the building three dimensional printing technology is constructed by the Revit software and the characters of building materials which is suitable for three dimensional printing are analyzed. According to the particularity of three dimensional printing technology, requirements of building printing material are made and a kind of printing material is acquired by printing test device with PLC control system on the basis of the experimental conclusions and its own experimental summary of experts at home and abroad. Finally, the printing test experiment and the optimization research are done in view of the designed printing test device, the building printing model and the printing materials.The existing problems are analyzed and optimization solutions are put forward and then the future research work is illustrated.
