In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s modernization and urbanization, the application of underground pipe is more and more widely. Three-dimensional spatial distribution of underground pipeline detection includes the pipeline inclination respected to the external situation, the three-dimensional spatial position and bend pipe condition and so on. It is a very necessary and urgent problem. The underground pipeline has intensive distribution, complex terrain, electromagnetic interference, so trenchless underground pipeline detection is a very complex and difficult task. There are many aspects need to be studied.The three-dimensional pipeline detector uses the ARM embedded microprocessor chip by laser and position sensitive detector (PSD), MEMS and other gravity sensing devices to measure pipe bends, pipe tilt condition and three-dimensional position.Wireless transceiver module and serial communication, data transfers to the PC. The PC programs for the results obtained for data processing, three-dimensional pipeline detector test, control and debugging.In view of the PSD device, this paper has conducted the research on the measurement err-or based on the working principle and made the corresponding debug and calculation of data processing based on the program design.This article prepared gravity accelerometer MEMS testing procedures. ADXL345 chip by measuring the change in the situation when the tilt with the equipment changes with each component of the sensitive axis of gravity, after the appropriate formula to calculate the size of each angle sensitive axis, in order to obtain the overall three-dimensional tilt situation.This paper uses radio frequency wireless communication considering some limitations of time, space and the environment on pipeline inspection. The main function is to achieve transmission via nRF24L01 this chip to complete. The control unit is responsible for the ARM embedded systems. Preparation of the relevant test procedures is to achieve a one-way loop wireless transceiver for data communication and two-way data transmission.It comes to the section of processing and controlling serial data to display, achieving PSD probe data and accelerometer module data for serial communication,which is operated by VC++ programming designing. The above data transfers to a PC for processing and display, which can realize the control of the module mentioned above.
