The paper was on the basis of multi-mode warhead formation and penetration technology, mainly researched the transformation of dual-mode EFP (Explosively Formed Penetration)and JPC (Jetting Penetration Charge) in the shaped charge with wave shaper and its typical damage of tank target, established the calculation model of dual-mode penetrators forming, penetration, and the damage effectiveness evalution of tank target.First, on the backgruound of dual-mode warhead, researched by changing the single point initiation method for implementing dual-mode penetrators conversion on the condition of flat eccentric hemispherical charge liner, calculated the liner surface pressure under different initiation situations, received the penetrators forming effect law from the structure parameters of flat eccentric hemispherical charge liner, used the ways of orthogonal optimization design to obtain the suitable structural paramers of a uniform-thickness eccentric hemisphere liner, realized the EFP by the denotation at the top of liner and JPC by the denotation at the center of charge through the X-ray imaging experiment, based on the energy conversion, extended PER theory, simulation and experimental correction, established the calculation model of dual-mode penetrators forming and penetration.Then, for the tank target, analysed the structure and key parts of the tank body and turret outside, constructed a 3D entity vulnerability equivalent model, used the missile target conversion relation and the penetrator decision, combined with the existing mature abroad vulnerability list method and key parts and personnel damage criterion method, established the damage effectiveness evalution of dual-mode penetrators of tank. Final, programmed the whole model by programming block diagram method and visual programming software, established evaluation system about the dual-mode penetrators to the different parts of tank.
