Waste glass occupies a large proportion in city solid waste and it has thecharacteristics of high volume, covers a large area, wide distribution, Rationalutilization of waste glass,to achieve economic growth,To optimize the environmentwin-win goal, make the domestic and foreign experts to the unremitting efforts. Atpresent, researchers mainly consider the waste glass used for concrete and cementmortar or cement admixture. The developed countries have done a lot of researches,many practical results are obtained, In Britain even formed the recycling-processing-application of waste glass that is a mature industry pattern. Unfortunately, domesticscholars have paid insufficient attention to it, so far no substantial progress and results.The author study by testing strength of mortar specimens, pH value and conductivityof waste glass powder solution. Using the fractal theory, do focus on waste glasspowder admixture such as the activity of the proportion to replace of cement, toprovide theoretical support for the application of waste glass.This experiment adopts three kinds of colors (the colorless, green, brown)ofwaste glass bottles. After15mins,25mins,35mins three milling time, nine differentparticle size distribution of glass bead, And then according to the test plan, studyaccording to the "test for cement mortar strength (ISO)"(GB/T17671-1999) and othernational test standard.. With the intensity of mortar specimen active index, pH valueof waste glass powder alkaline solution and the conductivity value characterizeactivity of waste glass powder.The research contents of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1) the colloidal mortar strength activity index characterize of waste glass powderactivity:(2) the relationship between fractal characteristics and activity with mortarspecimens:(3) alkaline solution pH characterize of waste glass powder activity:(4) alkaline solution conductivity characterize of waste glass powder activity:(5) analyse the microcosmic mechanism:The research draws the following main conclusions: (1)waste glass powder post volcano activity is very strong, the age of120d, volume10%,20%,30%Activity index reached more than90%, when the content is10%,Activity index reached more than100%, is similar to the fly ash;(2)the fractal dimension to some extent can reflect the activity level of waste glasspowder;(3)temperature can affect the activity of waste glass powder lime solution,conductivity and PH value;(4)the waste glass powder size determined the volcano activity of waste glasspowder;(5)SEM showed that waste glass powder specimen later can generate a lot ofhydration products;(6)the early activity index of waste glass powder is low, activity index fell alongwith age in0d-35d, the later activity index and the activity increased with ageincreasing,(7)the low activity waste glass powder in early, strong activity in late;...
