Waste glass occupies a large proportion in city solid waste and it has thecharacteristics of high volume, covers a large area, wide distribution, Rationalutilization of waste glass，to achieve economic growth，To optimize the environmentwin-win goal， make the domestic and foreign experts to the unremitting efforts. Atpresent, researchers mainly consider the waste glass used for concrete and cementmortar or cement admixture. The developed countries have done a lot of researches,many practical results are obtained, In Britain even formed the recycling-processing-application of waste glass that is a mature industry pattern. Unfortunately, domesticscholars have paid insufficient attention to it, so far no substantial progress and results.The author study by testing strength of mortar specimens, pH value and conductivityof waste glass powder solution. Using the fractal theory, do focus on waste glasspowder admixture such as the activity of the proportion to replace of cement, toprovide theoretical support for the application of waste glass.This experiment adopts three kinds of colors （the colorless, green, brown）ofwaste glass bottles. After15mins,25mins,35mins three milling time, nine differentparticle size distribution of glass bead, And then according to the test plan, studyaccording to the "test for cement mortar strength (ISO)"(GB/T17671-1999) and othernational test standard..
