The inverter power supply turns the12V DC of storage battery into220V/50Hz AC, powering some electronic products like laptop, mobile phone chargers, CD player. At present, most inverter output square wave or modified sine wave and it is limited because it is not suitable for reactive load. However, the sine wave inverter which is a hot topic in the research field and marketing demands as well as the developing trend is suitable for load including all kinds of resistive load and reactive load. Currently, the inverter for cars of sine wave mainly adopts Push-Pull converter and full-bridge SWPM converter. There is some problems with Push-Pull converter, including input current ripple, hard switching conditions of switches, serious recovery problem of the diode, resulting in low efficiency and poor reliability. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of inverter circuit topology for the problems above and develops Portable high intelligent multi-function power supply with sine wave output of220V/5V-200W by adopting structure of active clamped forward converter and full bridge SPWM inverter, which called BXDY. It makes up the lack of push-pull transform and the research comes to the conclusion that high step-up and high power density is achieved.This paper makes an introduction about the theory of active clamp are excited DC/DC conversion in detail, describing the parameter design and component selection process of main circuit.The control circuit LM5026is designed based on the control chip of PWM. Then, the full bridge DC/AC inverter circuit and main components selection are introduced and the control circuit of dedicated chip EG8010based on SPWM and driver circuit based onIR2110S is designed.Also, under/over-voltage protection, overload protection and thermal protection circuit is designed. Besides,5V DC output circuit in the process of DC/DC is designed.At last, the designing scheme is conducted with simulation experiment according to circuit selection and parameter design. The power supply prototype is made out according to the designing content and conducts the test of output waveform and data. The test result shows that the Prototype Parameters meet the demand of the technical index of the power supply and witness the designing scheme is feasible.
