There is a corresponding relationship between urban road network traffic capacity and urban land-use, so, it is formed on the restriction of urban land use intensity when the road network traffic capacity reaches limit state. If these regional land use is not controlled, it will lead to traffic condition worsen, and affect the city land use efficiency at last. The paper is based on land use in urban road network traffic capacity, which has the extremely vital significance to the land development and utilization.First, this paper classifies the urban road network traffic capacity at home and abroad research situation, has a systematic analysis and evaluation to the existing urban road network traffic capacity of the model algorithm and summarizes the characteristics of each algorithm model.Secondly, the paper improves and perfects space-time consumption model after the analysis of the relation between urban transport and land use and on the basis of the previous scholars’ researches on the model, then establishes the model of urban road network traffic capacity based on land use. It studies the total resources of time and space of road network and peak time of traffic individual consumption of time and space function.Again, the paper researches the evaluation which is based on the land use of urban road network traffic capacity, then evaluates the traffic capacity of road network through the comparison of a certain area of traffic demand forecast model to predict the demand of traffic capacity and the using model of urban road network traffic capacity based on land use is to calculate the traffic capacity (or supply).Then, the paper evaluates the traffic capacity of a city village renovation area at Xishan Area in Kunming, which verifies the practical value of the model. The paper calculates the traffic capacity of road network that can supply target year after selecting the area around the main road network and predicts the target in the film area demand traffic capacity of road network, then we can get the conclusion that the traffic capacity of supply of road network is less than its demand, so that it reaches equilibrium of supply and demand after the evaluation indicators to judge. And then the paper puts forward the improvement from the aspects of supply and demand to make the supply and demand balance and evaluated. Finally, the paper reviews that the model algorithm has certain reference value for the sustainable development of our cities traffic study. At the same time, this paper also for the future further research and ideas has carried on discussion. |
