With the rapid development of subway in China, the subway that is with large volume transport capacity is playing an increasingly important role in international cities in China. In order to keep pace with the times, there are six subway lines which total length is162.6km with it’s line density in core city is1.22km/km2is building in Kunming. The passenger traffic is expected to be1.6times than present with it’s daily passenger volume is3.7million visitors. Although such a high-speed and high-density metro system can effectively reduce the traffic pressure on the city, on the security requirements of urban rail transit system is higher than the general transportation system. Due to the special climate in Kunming, the passengers will be influenced by the piston wind with the full height security gate system and without the air-conditioning system in the subway. So it’s directly influenced the quality of station environmental that the security door system is set in reason or not a direct impact on the science station environmental quality. This thesis focuses on the door height safety systems in subway station. It’s mainly simulated by FLUENT software to comparatively analysis how different security door height influences the affect of piston wind. The main content of this thesis are:starting from the subway ventilation and air conditioning systems the security door and station systems can be simplified three-dimensional modeling with considering in single-line train stops and a secure door system working conditions. According to the basic characteristics of the subway tunnel piston wind and hydrodynamic theory, FLUENT software is used for comparative analysis of the impact piston wind site ambient temperature field and velocity field.Finally a optimal safety gate system, the full height security gate system, is More suitable for the Kunming Metro subway than the half-height security gate system which provides some reference for engineering applications.
