Abstract/Summary:
The implementation of motorcycle-limit policy lead to yield reduction, at presentmotorcycle enterprises in China are facing product upgrading and transformation, high-endand racing motor will become the mainstream. Shock absorber is crucial component ofsuspension system which combine safety and performance. Damping products need performmany tests before were submission or total assembly. Related tests include spring damperperformance test, indicator diagram test, temperature characteristic test, durability test andso on, among which the indicator diagram and durability test are the most important.Through constant velocity wheel to impact the suspend system is the most common way toperform durability test, while its impact strength can not meet durability test requirement.For lacking of test equipments and means, domestic absorber production stay at low levelfor long time. So the domestic absorber industry urgently needs to enhance detection means.In order to cope with of high-end transformation, the domestic shock absorberenterprise bring in the Japan Showa durability impact test standard, named shock absorberdurability performance under high spend and high strength impact. This subject is supportedby Jiangsu bright star shock absorber co Ltd. It`s an independent innovation according toimpact test standard which can meet damping specimen requirements and achieve automaticcontinuous impact. the contents of the paper includes the following aspects:Firstly, make a comprehensive analysis about the structural characteristic ofconventional shock absorber test platform, and the function theory of drop-hammer stylecompact platform. Propose the research goal and main research content. Lay the foundationfor further structural design, three dimensional modeling for components of platform byUnigraphics NX.Secondly, make rational analysis for the test process of the test system according to testrequirements and methods, complete the control circuit design and the selection task ofelectrical components. Utilize the combination of MOVITRAC31C inverter andadjustable-speed motor to realize the velocity-control requirements, sketch chapter tointroduce the parameter setting of inverter.Then use virtual prototype technology to make motion simulation for test platform inorder to verify the validity of the whole model, complete the theoretical value compensationof height through simulation results.Finally, utilize ANSYS to make finite element analysis of the crucial parts ofdrop-hammer style compact test platform, which can test and verify the strength and stiffness of these parts.
