Photovoltaic utilization is increasing and the scope of photovoltaic is expandingwith the improvement of photovoltaic power generation technology, greatly reductionof the component price, energy shortage and environment deterioration. theadvantages of photovoltaic water pump, such as no fuel consumption, noenvironmental pollution and its economic performance, especially years of drought inmost regions of china, photovoltaic water pump has been paid unprecedentedattention and developed in recent years. As a new development of photovoltaicproducts, the number of solar water pump system actual installation is seriously lessthan traditional water pump installation, the study of performance test is hardly any,so the ratio of modules and installation of pumps can only rely on individual limitedexperience.So this dissertation estimate and analyze components and pumpmatching experience of some engineering system examples, combining with thesystem test results and analyzing system performance of two sets of homemademiniature photovoltaic water pump, and finally obtain the following conclusions:(1) The biggest irradiation intensity is more than1000W/m2and less than1100W/m2throughout a day in yunnan province,the ratio of photovoltaic modulesand pump power is139%-147%, but for the sake of saving investment cost,reducing the power waste at noon and considering other actual installation conditions,larger systems are appropriate to reduce the proportion of relations; For small or miniphotovoltaic water pump system increase the proportion of relations so as toincrease working time of the full power throughout a day; If in other irradiationconditions, we should adjust the matching relationship,according to actual installationcondition.(2) For producting and studying two sets of the small photovoltaic water pumpsystem which configuration ratio respectively were250%and160%, the formersystem run nearly9hours throughout the day, configured160%of the system runnearly eight hours throughout the day.(3) From water height range and efficiency curve of the water pump, it have the best comprehensive performance which the maximum water level is50m of thephotovoltaic pump system,when it is30m.(4) Different inner diameter of the pipe were tested when the modules, waterpump, the height of water and solar irradiation intensity almost remains constant,experimental results show that: the ratio of the diameter and the pump outlet caliberpipe diameter at1.25~1.60water output changed little; Water pump outlet diameterand the ratio of the pipe inner diameter in1:1.60at best. Suggestions in thephotovoltaic pump system of the large diameter of pipe diameter and the ratio of thewater pump outlet diameter value is1.25, for micro photovoltaic water pump systemvalue of1.60.(5) For battery in the micro system test, the results show that the system plus thebattery improve system stability in low irradiation,More water84l in sunshine.Butfor the battery service life which is shorter, replacement cost, it should consider in themicro system, but large systems should not consider.
