With the rapid social and economic development, lands for city constrction lack gradually,and Retrofitting of existing buildings with good social and economic benefits. Therefore, the theory and technologies of story-adding and alteration on existing building is a chief branch of structure engineering at present. The research on the connection method of existing building with new added structure, and Seismic performance of the story-adding building is significant and valuable to improve the development of the industry of the building reinforcement and reconstruction.According to the research on the working mechanism and function of the interface of the new-old concrete, rendered the method that not only setting horizontal roof beam on the interface of the new-old concrete, but also planting reinforcing bar on it.Using numerical analysis method to analyze the dynamic characteristics and the dynamic response of three types of 9 models for five stories disposable, three-story added to five -story building just with horizontal roof beam and its with horizontal roof beam adding planting reinforcing bar. obtained three conclusions: (1)Under the different frequencies, the adding-story building and disposable building's vibration mode have the same change law ,the horizontal beam height300mm, anchor bar 14 and anchor bars spacing 300mm, structure amplitude is more close to the disposable building's. (2) The horizontal beam height 300mm, anchor bar14 and anchor bars spacing 300mm Anchorage by layer horizontal displacement, story drift structure with one level of new displacement, story drift angle of the closest, and the structure of the internal stress is more than just horizontal beam structure increases the internal stress due to chemical anchorage limit the role of the dark pin relative slip between the old and new structures and cracks expand, increasing the viscosity of the joint surface results ability, and improve the overall performance of the structure; (3) The proposed works in practice and generally the horizontal beam height 300mm, anchor bar 14 and anchor bars spacing 300mm for story-adding Brick and Concrete.The further thoroughly studies on adding extra-floors spanning existing buildings,which have definite reference value for improving the strengthen design code of concrete structure and Technical code for adding stories of Brick and Concrete Structures of buildings ,as well as similar project design and construction reference. |
