| Inductively Coupled Power Transfer(ICPT)is a new type of electric Power transmission technology,and has attracted wide spread attention recently. In ICPT system, power could be transferred from a stable primary source to one or more movable secondary loads through magnetic field. It has been developed rapidly for its safety, environmental protection, low maintenance, strong adaptability characteristics. In recent years, practical application of the ICPT technology made many successful cases, demonstrate its broad application prospects. And the ICPT technology-related design method, analysis, control problem attracted much attention, access to some of the practical application of valuable results. These research results have a good guidance in actual application. These applications and research are aimed at single load. in practice multi load is application more ,but less study on multi load field.In this paper, key to the fund project of Science & Technology department of Chongqing and the National Natural Science Fund projects for the background, mainly focuses on Modeling and control technology of multi-load ICPT system. Papers first introduced the principle and research status of multi-load ICPT system and the research meaning and purpose of issue. And on the basis of the existing research, analysis of different magnetic circuit structure suitable application occasion, this paper presents an applicable to take the air gap of mutual inductance circuits M value and K value measurement methods and the calculation method of windings self-induction.This paper gives a kind of Current source resonant inverter that can control the current amplitude of resonance loop. And detailed analysis the change on resonant current of Primary loop energy launch coil and load output voltage when load switching.In the paper, the author puts forward a method, Constant-current control, that can eliminates the effects of load switching on Primary loop energy launch coil of multi-load ICPT system. Meanwhile, It also gives the design of load voltage control.In order to verify the correctness of the theory research, in paper, we carry out a series of simulation of multi-load ICPT system model and control method with the aid of Simulink and Multisim. The simulation results show the control method can realize the control effect. It also simulation analysis the dynamic compensation of multi-load ICPT system. This research lay the foundation of follow-up study.Papers carry out a series of experiments of multi-load ICPT system based on the existing conditions and the front research. The experiment results show that the Subject research has very good effect, which can be applied to the actual design of multi-load ICPT system. |
