For high-speed magnetic bearings-rotor system on aircraft engine, the rotot dynamics analysis and design is one of the important aspects which directly determine the overall system performance. Currently, many papers had been published research results on active magnetic bearing-rotor system on ground based support. There is less papers on the actual flight: wing hanging aeroengine, under the influence of random vibration. This paper focuses on the dynamics characteristics of the rotor system affected by wing flexibility, base vibration and movement. This paper established the magnetic bearings-rotor system hanging from the wing finite element model using NASTRAN software. The relationships between rotor modes and bending stiffness, the wing frame qulity and wing qulity had been simulated and analysed. The unbalance response and excitation response of rotor suspended under the wing also had been analysed. And the corresponding experiment had been done including the experimental mode anaylsis while the rotor hanging on the different position, unbalance response, harmonic excitation load experiment and the random load experiment. And the experimental results accord with the simulation results. In addition, the rotor dynamics under maneuver had been investigated. The equations of motion of single-disk rotor had been established using MATLAB. The disk movemet under various conditions, such as the linear accelerartion, roll, yaw, pitch has been anaylsed.
