As an actuator, acutator loop is at the end of flight control system, the performance and reliability of their work directly determine whether the aircraft is safety and reliability. Redundancy technique is an effective method to improve mission reliability, security and fault tolerance capabilities of the system. Therefore, it's essential to research on key technologies of redundant acutator control system to meet the performance and reliability needs of the unmanned aerial vehicle flight control system. First, based on the platform of functional prototype of dual-redundancy brushless direct current electric acutator loop, the thesis focuses on acutator gap influence for the control system. From the phenomenon of acutator loading test, determine the causal relationship between gap characteristic and acutator jitter, and propose a solution for the acutator jitter.Second, depend on the feature of dual-redundancy brushless direct current electric acutator loop, annlyze the object properties by frequency sweep method, on this basis, design the control law structure and control strategy. Using control parameter adjusting method of project setting, complete the control parameters design and optimize. Based on the design results, realize software develop and simulation experiments.Then, research on the major fault features of acutator loop's sensor, communication interface, controller and acutator, mainly complete redundant management software design and develop, such as fault detect, falut logic manage, fault process and reconstruct, to improve the fault tolerance ability of dual-redundancy brushless direct current electric acutator loop.Finally, have synthesized experiments on the functional prototype of dual-redundancy brushless direct current electric acutator loop, results verify the validity and rationlality of the designed control law, control strategy and redundant manage software, and meet the design needs, so as to lay a good foundation for the engineering applications of dual-redundancy brushless direct current electric acutator loop.
