The product development and design engineering is usually a racking brains work. Take action immediately without taking into account the unnecessary trouble to bring back. Such as the sale of quality problems, to do so detrimental to the image of the enterprise, but also resulted in unnecessary waste. Product development and design is a systematic project, must take into account all aspects of product design and development. In the steam appliance product design and development class, we must view the global system, combined with practical and theoretical. Minimize the defects in the product design process through experiments and other high-tech computer simulation. This can be done to produce quality standards and popular products, the less take product design errors, cost of manpower, material and financial resources.The performance of the work process and some defects of solenoid pump were obtained by using traditional experimental method. The flow attenuation of solenoid pump is one of the bottlenecks. The further theoretical analysis was done to address this issue. It made a more rational design of water supply scheme to the solenoid pump starting from the electromagnetic characteristics of the solenoid pump and the circulation system of water supply of steam appliances, taking into account the electromagnetic pump cooling heat dissipation. The instability of household steam appliances caused by the flow attenuation of solenoid pump can be effective avoid.The article also made a further analysis of Heating Plate what's the core component of steam household. The heat plate is made of die-casting aluminum alloy, with heating pipes inside it. The heating pipes constantly heat and stop heating the heating plate again and again, that will produce fatigue and stress concentration. Produce Three-dimensional coupled thermal analysis use internationally renowned non-linear three-dimensional software ABAQUS, considering the radiation, air exchanger, heat transfer of the heating plate and heating pipes, Calculated The trend of temperature and residual stress and its distribution of the heating plate. So that mastered the whole heating cycle of heating plate, and provide a strong theoretical guidance at the rational distribution of temperature controller and thermal protection. The case of Computer simulation of heating plate guide the development and design of heating plate, and provide a good idea to steam household appliance development staff.
