For the increased construction rubbish and natural aggregate resource drying up,to realize renewable resource utilization of construction waste and sustainable development in the construction industry, compression mechanical properties of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete is first studied in this paper. Failure process, cubes compressive strength , prismoidal compressive strength, peak strain , elastic modulus and bongding performance of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete are specifically researched, and we nondestructively test the cube compressive strength with rebound method. Uniaxial compression failure process of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete is numerically simulated.Through the above research, this paper gets conclusions as follows:(1)The failure process and failure mode of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete are basically the same with ordinary concrete. Destruction of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete are mainly concentrated in bonding interface destroy between big recycled aggregates and self-compacting concrete and fracture destruction of parts of big recycled aggregates.(2)Both the types and proportion of big recycled aggregates will make great impact on the cube compressive strength. Natural freestone higher share, the higher compressive strength of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete.Compressive strength of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete is no less than strength of the same level self-compacting concrete. Considering economic and social benefits comprehensively, we suggest that engineerings should adopt big recycled aggregates-filled concrete which is consisted with recycled concrete and natural stone which component proportion is 8:2 .(3)The relationship between elastic modulus and prism body compressive strength of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete is basically linear, which provides certain theoretical support to nonlinear analysis in structure and components of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete.(4)As the original body strength of concrete and big recycled aggregates becomes higher, surface of aggregates rougher, the bonding strength between big recycled aggregates and self-compacting concrete gets higher. Effective treatment for bonding face can significantly improve bonding strength between big recycled aggregates and self-compacting concrete.(5)Numerical simulations results of big recycled aggregate-filled concrete is identical with experimental phenomena and results analysis, which further confirms that numerical simulation can also be applied to analyse big recycled aggregate-filled concrete.
