As the requirements of customer for the economic, maintenance, system function increasement in aircraft improve, the avionics of large commercial aircraft will turn to integration consequentially. The thesis begins from studying the integration of Aircraft Enviorment Surveillance System, then gives the design for the integration of TCAS and mode S transponder, and implements the IF digital process and baseband pre-process of integrated receiveing system, demonstrating the rationality of design through detailed verification. The main focus of this paper is as follows:1) The general design solution of integrated receiving system is presented according to the design thought of integrated avionics system and SDR technology. Then the thesis gives module separation in terms of the technology of digital down conversion and selects FPGA as the implementation platform with respect to the requirements of system function and performace.2) The paper implements DDC module, baseband pre-process module of TCAS and baseband pre-process module of mode S transponder using contracting several methods such as modeling and simulation with Matlab, simulation with ModelSim, functional simulation and timing simulation with QuartusII, and so on.3) Some verification solution for modules and systems and detailed verification are presented. The verification result demonstrates that the function of designed system are finished, that's to say integrated receiving system could identify mode A/C/S interrogate and reply signal, at the system clock speed of 80MHz. The novelties of this thesis are the integrated design thought and implementation, introducing SDR and using IF digital process, which bring many advantages for the high speed, flexibility, easy-maintanence and easy-extension of the system. The above could provide some reference for the further study and implementation of integraed TCAS and mode S transponder and supply one thought for design and implementation of integrated avionics system.
