With the development of modern industry, the requirement of large size measurement accuracy is gradually improving. In China, with the development of shipbuilding industry and large aircraft project, the position measurement of large size faces a new requirement. wMPS measurement system elaborated in this paper is based on the angle intersection with multi-task real-time laser scanning function. Its advantages, such as high real-time, multi-user sharing and not missing light, give it a broad application prospect in large size assembly application.This paper studies a new drive method of motor used in wMPS scanning platform. Different from traditional PWM driving method and PID control algorithm, this paper takes SVPWM driving method and software PLL algorithm.Use the DSP chip TMS320F2812 made by TI to realize the algorithm of Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation. It will drive the motor by changing the switch state of Inverter Bridge. Compared to traditional driving method, SVPWM can decrease harmonic effectively and improve the efficiency in the use of DC power supply.In closed loop control, this paper realizes software PLL by getting phase and frequency signals from optical encoder and sending them into DSP.Use the phase and frequency locking principal to keep the motor speed constant in order to meet the needs of scanning platform for uniform rotation. This project uses phase instead of speed as control signal, so it can reduce system error and has unique advantages in steady state accuracy. It is more suitable for the wMPS system.This paper gives the software algorithms of SVPWM and PLL with DSP and designs plan of the circuit. From analyzing the experiment verification results to conclude that the design meets the system requirement. Finally, give further improving methods.
