Research On District Heating Meterage Methods Of Langfang Economic And Technological Development Zone

With the rapid development of national economy, district heating mode has developed rapidly, which brings convenience to the masses, but also has come about some problems: the most difficulty was that heating enterprise would face the problem that how to charge and how to make energy operation more efficient. While the traditional district heating modes are not good at solving these problems, considering some experience of other countries, the Chinese government made a regulation, which by the end of 2010 for qualified areas should adopt individual heating and measurement fee mode. However, the key point is how to fix the fee proportion between the part of the housing construction area and the part of actual heat consumption.In view of this, this paper made an attempt to study on the district heating meterage methods of Langfang economic and technological development zone: firstly, principle of heating meterage and domestic and foreign advanced experience are introduced; then, from the view point of economics, hot price cost pricing mechanism is deduced; and finally, taking Langfang economic and technological development zone as a case study, I have calculated the theoretical ratio between the two parts, which will make a scientific reference not only to Langfang economic and technological development zone, but also to the same geographical conditions areas.
