ETFE cushion structure as a new type of building envelope structure, have lightweight, translucent, fire-resistant good, and many other advantages, but the ETFE cushion structure does not have the current technical code to guide the design. In this Paper, this new type of cushion structure of mechanical properties and diaphragm effects were analyzed.Paper first reviews the development of inflatable membrane structure, membrane materials development, comParative three kinds of numerical analysis of the membrane structure advantages and disadvantages. In the form-finding, put forward two key factors, pre-stressed, and internal pressure. Summed up the cushion structure in ANSYS to form-finding of the general laws, triangle,rectangular, hexagonal structure of the initial air cushion form-finding. Use of moment-free shell theory, circular and rectangular inflatable membrane of the formula derived.Then take a rectangular cushion structure for example, Calculating the volume of cushion by MATLAB program .Calculate the rectangle cushion structures in seven kinds of load operating conditions of the deformation and stress distribution of the membrane . Carried out the Parameters of cushion structure analysis and research has been the membrane surface stress and arrows high, film thickness, sPan ratio. As well as practical engineering gives pillow-structured gas-film thickness, span ratio.The analysis shows that the initial state and load state bar under the edge of the direction of the force four characteristics and distribution. ETFE cushions on a steel frame structure and purity steel box, lateral stiffness, the first six modal shapes are calculated and analyzed.Finally, for the ETFE cushions model finding, pneumatic compression and load tests to the membrane surface and the vector of high stress, and the simulation results were comPared with satisfactory results. |
