Study On Harmony Integration Of Urban Residential Planning System

Based on the program of"A Study on Harmony Integration and Efficiency Promotion of Residential Communities based on Value Theories"(70773030) founded by the national science foundation the research tries to study the harmony integration of urban residential planning system based on the system and harmony theory. The basic logic clue of the research is"defining the concept related to the harmony integration of urban residential planning system --establishing urban residential planning system—harmony analyzing urban residential planning system—harmony integration operation of urban residential planning system".Firstly, this paper reviews on the research of urban residential planning theory, harmony and integration theories and urban residential market at home and abroad and presents the researching contents of this study. After identification of the related concepts of urban residential planning system, based on urban residential planning theory as well as harmony and integration theory, harmony integration theory of urban residential planning system is promoted here.Further, this paper establishes the urban residential planning system, and then analyzes the harmony degree of the system using mathematical language to describe. Starting from the analysis of the disharmony of today's urban residential planning and design revealed the necessity and urgency to solve the problem, and then do detailed analysis of the environment and elements of the system. And the system is divided into four subsystems as the platform for harmony analysis and harmony integration operation of urban residential planning system.Lastly, the most important part of this research is harmony integration operation of urban residential planning system. The research sets up the rigid and flexible principles as integration guide .Under the premise of all the subsystems blending, the four subsystems is respectively integrated. Combing the utility theory and economics theory, the research constructs mathematical model, and then propose the strategies and recommendations to make the integrated management smoothly.
