The rise of intelligent community in China was just a decade, but it's quite common especially in the real estate development. However, as a new high tech product, during the process of engineering practice, the real estate developers, project designer, the construction side and consumers, they all have the deviation on the understanding of "intelligent", resulting in Intelligent System level. The content varies greatly which result the disharmony between a large amount of intelligent products and consumers'demand. Therefore, how to regulate residential building intelligent systems, ensure the quality of intelligent district, to provide more for residents safe, comfortable, convenient and efficient living environment, while achieving resource conservation and cost reductions, effective in the protection of consumer interests, is the urgent problem.The paper discusses the studies on residential intelligent district, harmony and integration and then brings up the study content and method etc of this paper. This paper studies from the definition of concepts such as the residential intelligent district and a harmonious integration, then introduces the theory basis of this paper including system theory, harmony management, level of consumer demand and multi-attribute utility theory. Based on these theories, the frame and direction of the study are established, which are comprised of analysis and establishment of harmonious integrated system, differentiation of harmony theme, analysis of system harmony, selection of harmony integration direction and establishment of harmonious mechanism.The paper used the system analysis method. The general objective of the intelligent system was proposed by research on the current state of disharmony, and then analyzed the residential intelligent product and re-combined and built subsystems. After analysis of the external environment of intelligent system, we built residential intelligent system model, including technical model, functional model, economic model and the green low-carbon model, and also extract the appropriate elements and relationships.This is the first time that we take low-carbon attribute as an independent, and is integrated into the overall intelligent systems analysis. They are responsive to our increasing emphasis on low-carbon environment, and consumer demand for the continuous improvement of environmental protection.Then we determined the themes and dimensions of the harmonious integration on the market drift to get the new "theme of harmonious integration." Then we classified three levels of harmonious integration and break down consumer demand.In this paper, we explained the intelligent community and the "harmony" and the substance of intelligent systems harmony based on consumer demand. Based on this, we built a functional model, the economic model and green low-carbon model assessment index based on consumer demands; the establishment of intelligent harmony assessment system based on multi-attribute utility theory provides a new theoretical evaluation basis and mathematical model.In the integration process, this paper presented three levels of integration, that is: consumer demand integration, intelligent products integration and the ultimate integration between demand and product. Finally, we analyzed the path of harmonious integration of intelligence products and the sum of decision-making in the early planning stages.
