The increasing environmental pollution has made the environmental protection of vehicles more important,pure electric vehicles are less polluting because they are powered by electricity,and adding gearbox to electric vehicles can effectively improve vehicle performance.The structure of the two-speed gearbox is relatively simple and low in cost,which can improve the power and economy of the vehicle and has a good development prospect in the future.In order to improve the gearbox quality,the dynamic analysis of the new electric vehicle two-gear gearbox was carried out.Firstly,analyze the types and development status of shift actuators,and clarify the research content and research objectives of the project;secondly,analyze the structural characteristics of the shifting actuator and analyze the mechanism motion;establish the three-dimensional solid model of the gearbox,carry out the multi-body dynamics simulation of the shifting actuator,and analyze the shifting quality.Finally,according to the Lagrange equation,the dynamic models of each component in the new two-speed gearbox are established respectively,and the mathematical relationship between the torques of all components of the system is derived.Based on the vehicle MATLAB simulation model analyzed the mechanism shift quality.Dynamic simulation results show that:the actuator took 0.35s to complete the action,and the internal component movement was consistent with the theoretical analysis.Vehicle simulation results display:The average time for lifting and lowering is 0.45s.The overall performance meets the needs of use,but the peak value of shifting shock is56m·s-3,not yet met the national standard.The shift quality needs to be improved.In summary,the subject has carried out the dynamic research on ET200 gearboxes shifting actuator,which provides a theoretical basis for the dynamic analysis and shift quality research of similar gearbox.Figure 32;Table 4;Reference 64.
