Argumentation Of Index System And Research Of Assessment Method For Military Helicopter

Several local wars taking place in recent years clearly shows: position and function of the military helicopter are more and more important in the high-tech wars of future. So, improving the comprehensive efficiency of the military helicopter already has become the common goal that military powers have pursued currently. The comprehensive efficiency that will improve the military helicopter effectively, must use two respects to start with from research and fight of the military helicopter, and no matter for developing or using for fighting, are all very important basic work that the index system of the military helicopter is proved and efficiency is assessed and studied.The index system is foundation and basis of carrying on the assessment work of comprehensive efficiency. It is the key for the comprehensive efficiency assessment how evaluation index system is rational, intact, concerning the last appraisal result directly. This paper constructs the comprehensive efficiency of military helicopter to assess the index system, combined with index law, under the frame of ADC model, for the characteristic of the military helicopter, which guarantees it scientific and rational, which reflects the interrelation of evaluation indexes in different respects as well as the function requirement of the helicopter, and gives resolution of the index and determinate approaches . The result of study has offered support for the fact that the comprehensive efficiency of military helicopter is assessed.It is crucial for helicopter developing in the course that the comprehensive efficiency of military helicopter is assessed. Attention is concentrated on usability, credibility and the task ability of military helicopter. In this paper, it is proposed with further research on ground attack, anti-aircraft operation of attack helicopter and transport capacity of transport helicopter, and with thorough analysis of task ability of military helicopter, using a mathematics derivatives method, especially in the field of task ability of helicopter.In addition, it provides an optimized design for military helicopter combined with task ability and overall parameter of the helicopter, using a many optimizing goals sued for peace method, on the basis of its index system and comprehensive efficiency assessment so as to improve the task ability of helicopter.
