| The working process of modern civil aviation is an integrated system project. The perfection of airport system project is an important factor of the aviation industry development. In addition to equip the advanced aircraft, there still needs the corresponding infrastructures to provide the voyage safeguard. Airport ground support vehicle is one of the most important parts in the airport infrastructures, which has the characteristics of high speciality and much variety. But control system almost uses hydraulic control.The development situation of the airport ground support vehicle at home and abroad and the restricted position of hydraulic pressure system in the development process of the airport ground support vehicle are investigated in this paper. Aimed at this field, a new control method is put forward by mature control theory. In this paper, the control principle and structure of the whole closed type numerical control hydraulic system are dissertated. The functions, structures and control principles of the monitoring system are confirmed.Software and hardware structures such as system control box, hand-held control terminal, data collection, signal control, and serial communication are designed concretely. Main program and subroutine are designed by using the integrated developing environment of STEP 7-MicroWIN. In addition, the serial (RS-232) communication protocol and communication program are written in detail, and serial communication between upper computer and lower PLC are achieved successfully by using MSComm in ActiveX controls of Visual C++. The upper computer control system based on Windows XP is developed by using Visual C++.On the basis of analyzing the control task of upper computer, entire structure and function module structure are marked out, and friendly interface of the upper computer control systemis designed. Then the joining experiment of monitoring system and hydraulic system is carried out. It is testified that the design request of system is achieved, which establish theory foundation and technical support for the engineering application, realize the safe, reliable and efficient control of hydraulic system. It has important value for hydraulic equipment which has exactive and safe control request in the aviation fields. |
