| Bionic machinery is the machinery which mimics biological morphology, structure and control principle function and designs a more focused, more efficient; The topics to locust pad as the research object, using slice method extract the geometric information of research object, and carrying on the three-dimensional reconstruction and finite element analysis. Aims to study the adhesion of locust pad, and in order to apply to design the bionic tire, this paper has laid some experimental basis. Specific researches of the topics are as follows:(1) The related research of the bionics is introduced systematically. The studies about insects'adhesion at home and abroad were described. Finally the three-dimensional reconstruction and its application are introduced.(2) Using paraffin section method, and Cutting the research object- the third locust pad with slicker. Then treating the experiment, and using a microscope and the supporting software systems,capture the image slices. Lay the foundation for the three-dimensional reconstruction.(3) Extracting the geometric information of the slices pad image with the reverse-engineering proprietary software Imageware12. Through the point cloud processing, receive contour of each image. And then contour into CAD Software-Unigraphics NX, generates three-dimensional model of locusts Ottomans.(4) Designing an experimental platform, using scale instrument and then subjected to different pressures,to measure the deformation of the corresponding pad contact area the size of the resulting. Study the relations of adhesion, pressure and the contact area of pad deformation. It provides finite element model for the following analysis an effective contrast to the experiment.(5) Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software, and analysis three-dimensional model of locusts Ottomans that (3) produced. The conditions which imposed in common with (4).It researches the contacts during locust pad deformation, stress-strain and variation of contact stiffness. Compare the experimental results and the results of (4).The features of this paper is successfully established a three-dimensional model of locusts pad using the paraffin section method, reverse engineering method. And then analysis its finite element; Then it designed the adhesion tests.In order to optimize the finite element model, it provides experimental data for finite element analysis, and thus provide some foundation for the development of bionic tire. |
