The study on the fatigue properties of aircraft landing gear is a very important part in aircraft design. The fatigue test has an important role in the studies on the fatigue properties of aircraft landing gear and complete test system design is important to the fatigue test, therefore, the systematical studies on the fatigue properties of the aircraft landing gear have not only the important theoretical significance, but also a practical value.Consider the size of landing gear and the requirements in the statement, in order to truly reflect all aspects of the aircraft landing gear fatigue test, in this paper, a scheme of aircraft landing gear fatigue test system is given, and validates the feasibility of the system.In order to meet the requirements of this test, the design of a test platform for landing gear fatigue test is given, and a static and dynamic analysis on the test platform based on the finite element method and MSC.Patran/Natran software is presented. The maximal stress regions are founded in the static analysis, and verify the strength of the test platform. The natural frequencies and model shape are also computed in dynamic analysis, and modify the details of the test platform.Combined with the test conditions and the size of landing gear, in order to simulate the real force conditions of the landing gear, the design of the fixtures is given. Calculate the maximal forces of the fixtures and verify the strength of the fixtures. Make the fatigue load spectrums for the fixtures through the fatigue load spectrum of landing gear in the statement, and a fatigue life analysis on the fixtures based on S-N method and MSC.Fatigue software is presented, which validates the performance of fixture system designed.
