Space station operation management technology is a key technology for space station project, and the overall operation mission planning is critical for space station operation management. With the background of preliminary research tasks of China space station project, this dissertation studies space station orbital mission planning problem, space station integrated maintenance and utilization mission planning problem, the development of space station mission planning software system, and space station operation scenario simulation model. The main achievements obtained in this dissertation are summarized as follows.The space station orbital mission planning is studied. 1) The space station orbit maintenance and phasing integrated planning problem with the constraint of the terminal orbit altitude is formulated and is solved by the sequential quadratic programming algorithm. 2) The target phasing planning for space station is solved by employing the shooting iteration method which combines analytically approximating model and numerical integration of perturbation dynamic equations. 3) The space station orbital mission periodic planning problem is studied, and the periodic planning model is formulated. The dynamic programming method is employed to solve the periodic planning problem by converting it into a multi-step decision process. The space station integrated maintenance and utilization mission planning problem is studied. 1) The onboard resource consumption model, onboard astronaut mission planning model, cargo vehicle and manned vehicle visiting demand model are set up. 2) The space station integrated maintenance and utilization mission periodic planning model is deduced, and the planning approach is proposed. 3) Two examples of space station operation arrangement are investigated to demonstrate the validity of the periodic integrated planning model and the planning approach, and furthermore to prove the significance of the integrated planning problem, for the space station operation mission arrangement can be tested and aptly adjusted according to the analysis of the planning results.The space station overall operation mission planning system is designed and developed. 1) The modules of space station integrated maintenance and utilization mission planning subsystem and space station orbital mission planning subsystem are developed, and the relationship of data information among these modules is established. 2) The orbital mission planning software for space station is developed, which integrates the space station orbital mission planning function and the orbit simulation function.The space station overall operation scenario simulation modeling method is studied. 1) Based on the object-oriented methodology, the space station operation scenario object model is designed by generalizing the various objects into two aspects: space station operation entities and space station operation processes. 2) The feasibility and performance indexes of the space station operation scenario are studied. 3) The space station operation scenario simulation flow is proposed, and the corresponding discrete events simulation model is built, with a database used for managing all the simulation objects.With the background of China space station project, and based on the worldwide development of space station mission planning technology, this dissertation firstly studies the space station orbital mission periodic planning problem, space station integrated maintenance and utilization mission planning problem, and the space station overall operation scenario simulation problem. Furthermore, the orbital mission planning software for space station is developed. The achievements obtained in this dissertation have some theoretical significance and application value in the China space station project system design and operation mission planning.
