As an important part of space mission,spacecraft observation mission plays an important role in human society,economic life and scientific research.However,with the increase of the number of spacecraft and the complication of observing tasks,the traditional spacecraft observation task planning brings the difficulty of ground station control,low observation task execution efficiency and lack of key data,so it's necessary to give spacecraft autonomous observing capability to solve the above problems.In this paper,combined with the civilian scientific research project "a self-management unit of a near-Earth observing satellite",which is cooperated with Shanghai Micro-satellite Engineering Center of Institute of Innovation Chinese Academy of Sciences,We investigated the spacecraft autonomous observation mission planning TechnologyFirst of all,aiming at the shortage of the traditional control methods of ground station,the problem of autonomous spacecraft entry and exit is analyzed.A mathematical model of spacecraft entry and exit is established,and an orbit recursive algorithm and multi-ephemeris fusion strategy are introduced.Thus a spacecraft autonomous exit planning algorithm is formed.Secondly,a multi-knapsack model based on dynamic value is established to solve the problem of spacecraft payload planning.A greedy search algorithm based on maximum value revenue heuristic is proposed,and an autonomous load mission planning method based on dynamic value is developed.Then,we study the problem of spacecraft attitude maneuver,study the classical particle swarm optimization algorithm,and propose an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.The improved PSO is applied to the maneuvering maneuvering problem with complex constraints.And a method of attitude maneuver planning for spacecraft based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.Finally,the three kinds of small spacecraft autonomous mission planning technology combined to form a small spacecraft autonomous mission planning system.On this basis,the simulation platform of autonomous mission planning system,the autonomous task planning system management software and the autonomous task planning result analysis platform are designed,and a small spacecraft autonomous mission planning and simulation system is developed to validate and analyze the effectiveness and feasibility.of each autonomous task planning technique.At the same time,we introduce the application of the spacecraft autonomous observation mission planning technology and system in the satellite.
