The Research On Urban Renewal Guiding By The Development Of Rail Transit

As we know, the formation and development of city is closely related to the development of urban transport syetem. And the development of new means of transport and traffic systems is one of the important engine to promote changing for cities.The history of urban development at home and abroad has shown that beacause of the changes in modes of transportation ,there will definitely couse the change of urban spatial pattern. At present, the rail transit as an important solution to reduce urban traffic problems has launched a massive building boom in our country. The original urban space pattern can not adapt to the need of the new urban transportation, will inevitably bring about a new round of urban renewal.Experience has shown that there is certain regularity between rail transit construction and urban land use and space development. The construction of rail transport can bring opportunities and have a series of linkage effects to the city that lead a stronge impetus to regional urban renewal. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to promote coordinated development for urban space renewal and the rail transport at this stage. This these based on the interation between construction of rail transit and urban renewal area, focuse on the new requirements that rail transit as an important external force for the urban renewal.And research how to optimize the urban spatial development, land use, organization of regional organic renewal, effective completion of the district functions to enhance and create a new spatial form accordding with the law of the land value.Currently, there is not enough reseach about this field. This article tries to study the interaction between rail transit and urban development and analysis the relationship of rail transit and urban renewal against the backdrop of today rapid development. And discussed the characteristics and mechanisms of action of urban renewal under the guidance of the construction of rail transportation and establish the system of the urban space indicators to evaluate the urban renewal of the objectives and strategies.At last use several urban renewal cases to make a typical way of renewal, as well as offer some planning strategies, and analyzed problems that may be encountered in practice in order to explore the guiding model of urban renewal.
