When the height of building more than a certain height, the application of shear wall structure system or frame-shear wall structure system has become unreasonable, uneconomical, even not feasible, then the tube structure system can be used to resist horizontal load, it has greater strength and stiffness than shear wall structure system or frame - shear wall structure system.This article expounds the calculation method of framed tube structure, it explains the shear lag effect of framed tube structure under horizontal loads,it also analyzes the influence of the shear lag effect by changing the outer frame tube sention,then it obtains the effects of outer frame tube under horizontal load on internal force of framed tube structure. The following parameters are changed in the paper: (1) width and height of web frame beam section; (2) width and height of flange frame beam section (3)area of web frame interior column;(4) area of flange frame interior column;(5) area of corner column. Because in the effert of horizontal loads, the flange frame column produce axial deformation and the web frame column produce shear deformation, this article main analyzes the effect of above parameters on axial force of flange frame column and shear force of web frame beam.Through comparative analysis with a large number of models and data, this article obtains the following conclusions: the width and height of web frame beam have a large impact on the internal force of the structure; width of flange frame beam has little effect on internal forces of the structure ,which can be a secondary factor in the design; flange frame beam has high impact on the shear lag and axial force,but the effect on shear forec is very small, its value should be greater as much as possible in the design;web frame and flange frame interior column have a great impact on the internal force of the structure,in contrast,the effort of flange frame interior column is more obvious; corner column has high impact on the shear lag and internal force,in the design it should not be too big, so as to avoid too strong effects of shear lag.
