The earthquake is one of the hugest natural disasters to the humanity personal safety and property, since long, it has brought the huge disaster to the humanity, especially when strong earthquake breaks out, the disaster which brings to the humanity is nearly ruinous. For instance, 2008 Wenchuan big earthquake, several minutes later, the entire Wenchuan turns stretch of ruins, has brought the serious loss for the country and the society. In addition, For the earthquake lasted shortly and burst suddenly, it is quite difficult to predict earthquakes.The shock insulation technology emerged in the 1980s, as a result of its good performance, this technology has already get more and more broadly used in the earthquake engineering, and has got good shock insulation effect and reduced earthquake the loss which brought to the humanity in a great deal. The traditional aseismic design is depending on increasing structure own rigidity to carry on the earthquake resistance, this method's construction cost is very huge, and the earthquake resistance effect is not obvious. But the principle of shocks insulation design is different, it is increases the shock insulation level between the structure and the foundation, and then limit seismic energy spreads to the structure, thus reduces the superstructure the distortion, achieves the shock insulation the goal. This technology building cost of projects is quite low, moreover the shock insulation effect is obvious, therefore applies is getting more and more broadly.This article take the reality engineering project as the research background, in a large-scale important production equipment (aluminum oxide storage bin) base peripheral with foundation, setting 48 Lead-Rubber Bearings(LRB) evenly, then use Newmark-βtime-history analysis method, carries on the time interval analysis to this shock insulation structure system, and contrasts around the shock insulation the stress distribution and the displacement distributes, confirmation LRB's shock insulation effect; Then, change LRB's horizontal parameter, use the time-history analysis to the different parameter establishment, describe the stress and the displacement with various horizontal parameter between relational curve, and obtains its horizontal parameter the optimal fit.Through carrying on the time-history analysis computation using Ansys, from the base frequency, the natural period, the stress level and the displacement level's contrast, has confirmed the LRB good shock insulation effect; Through setting the LRB's different horizontal parameter's, it described the storage bin biggest Mises stress and the biggest displacement with various parameters between relational curve, obtained the various horizontal parameter optimal fit, providing the actual support for project!...
