China Housing Regionalism - Study Of The New Chinese-style Housing

In recent years, the new Chinese-style housing boom, and it has become an important residential area. This article focuses on the construction of the Focus, and chooses the times and representative residential projects which can be used as data collection and analysis. From the design characteristics and design approaches and so on, it can be used to interpret the architectural style of the external and internal space, and summarize the design of the new Chinese-style housing, and extract the design features and innovative elements.In the first chapter, by studying the theory of the status quo at home and abroad, it recognizes the deficiency and the importance of the current study of the new Chinese-style housing.In the second chapter, on the basis of domestic housing, it elaborates the necessity and significance of the emergence of the new Chinese-style housing, summers up the types and characteristics of the new Chinese-style housing. At the same time, from the climate, economic, social, technological, cultural and so on, it describes the various factors which can impact the design of the new Chinese-style housing to help. In the third chapter, from the planning design, house design, form design, landscape design, traditional artistic conception and interior, it summarizes and examines the new approach of the new Chinese-style housing, to take the Chinese traditional culture into modern residential building designs, so it will create a suitable living-space for Chinese people.Finally, in the third chapter, it discusses the new development and the problem of the new Chinese-style housing, and suggests the issue on the creation and operation. It also points out the misunderstanding to the design of the new Chinese-style housing, helps people correctly understand the new Chinese-style housing, and develop it. I hope this study can encourage local architects to go further in the national regionalism creative designing journey.
