In the whole process of the Reform of the electricity system, the service quality and management on the demand side is a key part because it is directly related to the power company's economic, social and development prospects. The appearance of the 95598 customer service system is an inevitable trend for the power supply enterprises to improve their internal management and providing customers with diversified and comprehensive services. However, the old 95598 customer service systems being used in each municipal power company have some defects such as independent from each other, standards are not uniform, can not communicate with share information and other defects.This will not be able to achieve regional control centers around the Council on the direct supervision of a unified business process, isolated from each other around the Urban Business technology spread by impeding the achievement of the "hardware focused, software integration," the development goals.This paper first analyzed the 95598 customer service system which is being used currently by each municipal power company of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region who developed it of their own. This system uses distributed management model, and system security, data management, maintenance and other functions are all taken charge by BaoTou power Authority.95598 customer service system Although regulates electricity business processes and gives a certain standardization to each work, but the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company can't give effective management and supervision to the municipal power company, which is not conducive to control the province's electricity operating conditions timely and can not make accurate and timely response for the changes in the market.According to the above, this paper proposes an integrated construction objective and planning to develop the 95598 information system, as an integration and an upgrade of the 95598 customer service system, and uses processing standardization and open technology architecture to build a unified core modules application platform. This paper describes the integration of the original resources, design of the system database, development of new business function besides analysis of operation effects, advancement, and innovativeness in new system. The new system runs stably with fully function, and reaches to the effect anticipative. This system has played an important role in the customer service of power supply bureau in Baotou, and achieves considerably economic and social benefits...
