Half a century, with the air propulsion technology development, as a typical dual-use technology products and rapid growth in demand, gas turbine becomes the important role of national strategic industry.In our country there are a lot of the low calorific value fuel resources that the application of the best way to generate electricity as the GT fuel, but now almost all the design of gas turbine is based on the standard fuel of gas turbine (natural gas or light diesel) ,and for a variety of techniques indicators and operating characteristics are based on standard fuel. In the application of low calorific value fuel, not only have to adjust the combustion chamber, compressor and turbine operating conditions will also change.For the above, this paper focuses on a company's F-class gas turbine three turbines one-dimensional, S2 and three-dimensional inverse design and calculation to study the prototype power distribution and reactionary decisive Fctors and select the method, detailed analysis blades movement at all blades and flow characteristics of the type of loss.Based on the prototype anti-design and analysis, in accordance with the design features of the prototype is carried out in the low calorific value fuel injection retrofit machines to consider one-dimensional, S2, and three-dimensional design. This paper compares the results with the prototype, analysis of power distribution and the modified machine and prototype different reaction degrees, compared modified machine stator and rotor losses at all blades of the type and flow characteristics of different prototypes, and on this basis, this paper did optimization.
