Power stacker is a green product. Stacker consists of various systems.The hydraulic systemis one of the most important systems. The hydrosta tic transmission system and The power traksystem are analyzed in this paper.Hydrostatic transmission has such ma ny advantages as stable starting under full load,lowpower loss,infinitely variable speed,easily converting driving direction forwards andbackwards and high transmitting power, it has been applied widely on all kinds of mobilemachinery in the developed countries, but in our country, the foreign grown products ofhydrosta tic transmission have only been applied and popularized, without systematic and deepresearch for hydrosta tic transmission system.From the point, This paper is based on the RS16 power stacker of Zhejia ng NobleliftEquipment Joint Stock Co.,Ltd. The hydrosta tic transmission of warehouse logistics equipmentis researched systematica lly. The paper provides the match principles of pump-engineaccording to the analysis of the performa nce characteristics of hydraulic pump,motor andengine. Property-matching of hydrosta tic transmission system is studied. Due to analysis ofsystematic eficiency, the parameters matching of motor-pump are confirmed.After having been carried on kinema tics and dynamics analysis to the full hydraulicbulldozer, the characteristic equation of traction is set up. The specified slip ratio of the fullhydraulic bulldozer is confirmed. The curve line of the traction characteristics is formed.Andthe efficiency of traction is analysed.The working theory of power trak system of stacker was introduced, the dynamics model ofpower trak system was set up. With the function of three-position four-way valve, cylinder,a ndvalve controlled cylinder is set up.The dynamic characteristics of power trak system issimulated by the toolbox—SIMULINK of MATLAB.and the ma in parameters of the modelsystem were set.The dynamics simulation of the hydraulic system was achieved, and the simulation curve lines of reflecting the systematic performa nces were acquired. So thetheoretica l basis is given for design, parameter choice and performa nce improvement of powertrak system. At last,The experiment researches of power trak system are operated.The researchwork is summa rized, and a prospect about future studies is given.
