With the rapid development of China's national economy, more and more electricity is needed and the requirement of the power quality also will be getting higher and higher. Once the system is turned into failure, it may soon spread to the whole system and cause system crashes which leads to large-scale power outages if we do not handled properly, which will cause serious consequences and even lead to huge economic and social losses. Tianjin Petrochemical grid, as the enterprise grid, also has this problem. At the same time, it also has some of their own problems: its load is the primary and secondary industrial load and should be ensured the continuity and quality of its power supply; in the phaseâ…¢project, the increased large ethylene and oil refining load make the grid load capacity and installed capacity increased a lot and the network structure of the system will be changed more complex. So the probability of failure also increases. As a result, it will become the central issue of the petrochemical project to verify system security and ensure its safe and stable operation.Firstly, the paper introduces recent main methods and basic analysis principle of network security assessment. Moreover, the methods above are applied to the petrochemical grid network combining with corresponding calculation modules in PSASP respectively, and they are: uncertainty evaluation methods, probabilistic evaluation method and the risk assessment method. Considering the several methods have different analyzing emphasis and different interested grid vulnerable points, so different conclusions will be got. However, this is the exact complementary perfectly incarnates security dynamic condition of the entire SINOPEC grid, assissing relevant personnel to find out the troubles hidden in grid and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.Specifically, These factors that whether the integrated power grid can meet the load rate in a variety of operating modes and the requirements of N-1 rule in security criteria or achieve certain reliability rate can be used to inspect the power grid.There are also other aspects that we used,such as determine better connection mode and operation mode of the sinopec power system using fault tree analysis and whether risk indicators of power grid can be running at the state which is low enough and so on.Finally, the conclusion that Tianjin SINOPEC has high security level and reliability has been confirmed. What's more, the analysis thinking can be applied to other power grid or system on the basis of successful research in SINOPEC power system so as to draw another some meaningful conclusions which is useful for operating personnel. |
