| There are many metamorphic soft rock distributing along Shi-Tian highway western of AnKang excavation section,If these wastes of soft rock can be used as filling materials of the expressway,which will generate great economic profits. Seeing from the current research situation of soft rock,there are many researches on the metamorphic soft rock material composition and performance variation,but few studies on theories and methods of compression deformation control, which has severely impeded the application of metamorphic soft rock filler to engineering construction.In order to adapt to the requirements of the development of engineering,based on the western project of the Ministry of Communication and through a series of indoor tests,this paper conducted research on compression characteristics of metamorphic soft rock packing and draw the following achievements:1.Grinding slice electron test was used to make a simple analysis of metamorphic soft rock composition and structure,and names have also been put on them,and then through point load test,disintegration swelling test,we show that two kinds of metamorphic soft rock have sufficient strength and hardness,as well as common water sensitivity.Through the Maximum dry density test,we learned that two kinds of metamorphic soft rock fillers has good and appropriate degree of compactness.2.Large compression test conducted through the following three conditions,studied Load deformation and Load porosity ratio variation regulations of the two kinds of metamorphic soft rock fillers.(1)By large conventional compression test,we analyze metamorphic soft rock fillers Compression Characteristics under soaking saturated condition of 400kPa,800kPa,1200kPa and its water influence.It is found that there exists a critical soaking starting pressure in the generation of large compression deformation of metamorphic soft rock filler,which is of great importance to metamorphic soft rock's compression research. (2) Through Loops and unloading experiments study the relationship between compactness and deformation Incremental relations of air drying condition and saturated state under the same load. (3) Through second cycling and loading test,study the relationship between initial deformation and second deformation,the test show that initial deformation is an important component of long-term deformation of metamorphic soft rock sub grade filler.3.Targeted at large compression test under three situations,this paper discusses the grain breakage influence on compression characteristics of metamorphic soft rock. (1) Through grain breakage of regular compression test studied the variation regulation of grain breakage grain under different load soaking saturation condition (2) By cyclic loading tests studied the density effects on particle breakage. (3) Through second cycling loading tests,research the relationship between the big particle breaking and the density. |
