Along with the social resource scarcity and worsening environment problem, the traditional hot mix asphalt mixture had large energy consumption and many emissions. In this context temperature mix asphalt mixture produced. Warm Mix Asphalt(WMA) compared with Hot Mix Asphalt(HMA) can reduce about 30℃, by feeding additive, and feeding fiber reinforced mixture performance.This article researched fiber enhancement mechanism on mixture by composite theory, and analysed the interaction of fiber and mixture matrix fron the micro when mixture forces. It studied the modification mechanism of additive by analyzing the component of component, analysed the interaction of additive and asphalt. Feeding additive lowed mixture temperature, and also analyzed the influence on mixture construction technology by the reason of feeding additive. The feeding additive equipment was designed fron the overall analysis, and matched the existing asphalt plant.The three common fibers performances of the high and the low temperature wered analysed, and evaluated the most suitable type of fiber in this experiment. By the gradation design and performance testing in WMA with fiber, confirmes the best fiber content, the best additive content and the best molding temperature of WMA. And also analyzed the influence on the performance of mixture by feeding additive.The result showed the performance of WMA is no less than HMA. By researching the fiber and additive, it formulated the construction technology of WMA. Finally, it analyzed the social and economic benefit of WMA. Because the WMA can reduce energy consumption, emissions and extend construction limitation, WMA has broad prospects.
