In recent years, the steel structures are widely used in China's construction fields, the problem of quality accidents has become increasingly prominent. How to control the quality of steel structures to reduce quality accidents becomes particularly important. This paper discusses how the design, construction and supervision company take measures to control the quality of steel structures from the cause of quality accidents (design, construction and supervision).First, in the design stage, through analyzing the design quality control status and problems, design company deals with the design quality problems according to the quality assurance system and PDCA theory. Meanwhile, we can use the three-stage quality control theory to dynamically manage the prophase,metaphase,anaphase design quality.Second, in the construction stage (manufacturing and field installation), through analyzing the construction quality control status and problems, construction company establishes the quality assurance system and uses PDCA to settle the construction quality problems. Meanwhile, we can use the three-stage quality control theory (forwards, middle, afterwards) to dominate the construction quality.Again, in terms of project supervising, supervising company controls operation behaviour and results of design and construction company according to the three-stage quality control theory. Based on this theory, quality supervision institution supervises quality behaviors and results of design,construction and supervising company.Finally, taking the Danfeng Gate of Darning Palace National Ruins Park for example, the paper further expounds how the design company,construction company,the supervising company and quality supervision institution control this project according to the three-stage quality control theory to make sure the project meets its requirements.
