The Automation Of Computing And Auditing Building's Energy Efficiency Designs

Energy conservation, reducing energy consumption is China's basic national policy. With the economic development in recent years, the proportion of building's energy consumption in China is also growing. Energy saving of buildings through the development and implementation of building energy efficiency standards has become an important focus in total energy saving.This article introduces the origin and history of energy efficiency standards for buildings, and current situation of building's energy consumption software development, points out the limitations of existing energy efficiency software.Through the interpretation of the standard features of building's energy efficiency standards and all the major similarities and differences between the standard characteristics and the standards, as well as the process of building's energy saving research and analysis, I designed two building energy software:one is a energy saving calculation software for building's energy saving design, the other is a energy consumption auditing software for examining the energy efficiency of building. By combining the two software, the automation of building energy-saving process is achieved.Building energy saving design software is based on building's energy saving standards and energy-saving building design process. It provides six major functions:model-to-drawing transformation, model editor, material editor, standard indicators, calculation and generation of electronic documents for examination.Energy auditing software is based on main aspects of building's energy efficiency review, providing a total of five major functions including reading electronic documents of modeling, model review, material review, energy efficiency determination based on standards and documentation.Tests showed that the energy-saving design analysis and calculation software and energy auditing software work together would achieve automation of building's energy efficient process.
