Protecting and ensuring the stable operation of electromotor is an important research topic in electrical control engineering area. With the development of electrical and electronic technology, intelligence electromotor monitor protection device becomes a key role in low voltage distribution system.On the basis of large amount literatures and information, this paper concentrated on how to provide effective guarantee for low voltage electromotor. Combined with project application requirements and practical working experience, as well as synthetically adopted embedded system, microelectronic technology, communication technology, and etc., this paper conducted research and application of remote intelligence electromotor monitor protection device and anti-interruption technology, and designed a remote intelligence electromotor monitor protection device. Based on PIC single chip, this device integrated measurement, display, protection, control, interlock, and communication function as a whole. This paper also explored the existing problem of remote communication, remote monitoring and remote diagnosis in electromotor protection device areas, and put forward solutions to electromagnetism interruption control, full scale sampling accuracy improvement, etc.The device designed in this paper can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, and many other fields. Tested in practical, the device can provide effective implementation method and supportive technology for remote monitor, diagnosis, and protection of electromotor.
